Before you write

  • If an invite or package link did not open the app, try opening the same link on the device where Send Softly is installed.
  • If sign-in is stuck, return to the app and request a fresh sign-in link.
  • For subscription issues or refund requests, start in your app store account settings because billing is handled by the store.
