• Purchase and entitlement data, including subscription tier, expiration date, product identifiers, and store transaction identifiers needed to verify and manage access.

4. Package Content

Send Softly is designed for private, invite-based gifting. Package content is available to the sender, intended recipient, and the systems and service providers needed to operate the service. Please avoid adding highly sensitive information unless you are comfortable storing and sharing it through the app.

5. How Information Is Shared

We do not sell your personal information or share it with advertisers for cross-context behavioural advertising.

We may share information with service providers that help us operate Send Softly, such as providers for:

• authentication, database, hosting, and backend infrastructure
• analytics, diagnostics, and crash reporting
• push notifications and delivery workflows
• subscription verification and payment infrastructure
• email and customer support workflows

These providers may process information on our behalf subject to their terms and our contractual arrangements.

6. Data Retention

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain your account, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

• You can delete or update content in the app where those controls are available.
